Welcome to Summit Della Suite. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 All reservations must be made through our official website, email, or authorised booking platforms.
1.2 A valid form of identification is required at check-in.
1.3 Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or as specified in the booking policy.
1.4 Summit Della Suite reserves the right to cancel or refuse reservations at its discretion, including for fraudulent or illegal activity.

2. Payment

2.1 Payments can be made via eft, card, and online payment.
2.2 All rates are quoted in Rands and may include applicable taxes and service charges.
2.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in time is 14:00 pm; check-out time is 10:00 am.
3.2 Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Full Refund: Guests who cancel within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

4.2 No Refund / Date Change Only: Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable. In such cases, guests may request to change their booking date, subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests must respect other guests, staff, and property.
5.2 Any damage caused to the property by a guest will be billed to the guest.
5.3 Smoking, illegal substances, and pets are not permitted in the suite.

6. Liability

6.1 Summit Della Suite is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during your stay.
6.2 Guests use the facilities at their own risk.

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal data collected during booking or stay will be used by our Privacy Policy.
7.2 We may use your information to contact you regarding bookings, promotions, or services.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Summit Della Suite reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2 Guests are bound by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng.
